Women of the World is a digital project born in May 2020 and soon-to-be recognised organisation in France.

This organisation aims to create a caring community to help women develop and realize their potential. The goal is to contribute to their professional, personal, social and psychological well-being, with no border limits.

Liv, Founder and Executive Director

I am 22 years old and have a degree in International Studies. I have decided, for the year 2020-2021, to take a gap year between my undergraduate studies and master’s degree in order to develop my personal projects and gain work experience.

It’s in that vein that I launched Women of the World in May 2020: it aims to create opportunities for women to express themselves and have their voices heard. More broadly, we wish to create a caring community where women can realize and develop their potential.

Hinatea, Vice-Executive Director

I have a degree in International Studies, specializing in law and governance. I am currently on a year-long sabbatical, which I am taking advantage of to get involved in projects and causes that are close to my heart, such as Women of the World, a project aimed at empowering women around the world.

My role includes making the Instagram account interactive, inspiring and motivating. An avid coffee drinker since my early days in college, one of my dreams would be to open a coffee shop.

Maryne, Communications Coordinator

I am 20 years old and I am studying at the University of Montreal for a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Politics. I aspire to work in the field of conflict resolution and international peacekeeping. It is in the perspective of challenging myself and supporting an initiative that is close to my heart that I got involved with Women of the World.

Particularly sensitive to gender equality and women’s empowerment, I am delighted to be the Communications Coordinator for Women of the World. As you can imagine, I will have the great mission of communicating all the news related to Women of the World, all while giving life to our social media!
